The dog bin looking into Raymoth Lane roadside is now emptied twice a week but the bin at the top left of the field, where lots of parents and children cut through to nursery and school is still only once a week. It is a well used entrance and popular playing field. Last Friday this to bin was overflowing and smothered in flies! Surely these types of bins can be emptied twice a week?

Neighbours have dumped building material on the field behind our house. Pictures were taken in June and more rubbish has been tipped since. I witnessed next door and people working at the property dumping the rubbihsh. They removed a fence panel at the rear of the garden to access the field.

The wedding venue known as the Secret Garden located at Lancaster Road Gringley on the Hill DN10 4RL, erects illegal signs and banners on the street furniture at the busy 4 way junction of the A631/ Lancaster Road every weekend These cause a distraction for road users. The business owner Mrs P Mee puts the signs up and then never removes them additionally creating a litter problem in the area when the wind blows them down.

I live in Sutton cum Lound and would like to raise an objection to the continued pointless grass cutting regime that is carried out in the village. We are in a climate and biodiversity emergency and this repeated mowing for the sake of it is neither helping wildlife nor reducing the council's greenhouse gas emissions. Instead the money would be far better spent on collecting the horrendous amount of litter in the verges on Sutton Lane. Mowing should be reduced to on amenity public areas. Yours faithfully
